GCN's featured Bible passages are designed to help you read through the entire Bible in one year.

Our plan is adapted from an excellent strategy developed by Michael Coley of bible-reading.com, who does not have any affiliation or connection with GCN.

The plan is designed to keep you from becoming bored by those sections of Scripture that are more repetitive or less interesting to you.  Rather than reading straight through from Genesis to Revelation, each day of the week focuses on one of seven different categories: Epistles, Law, History, Psalms, Poetry, Prophecy, and Gospels.  Within these categories, the readings go in order, so that on any given Tuesday, you'll be continuing your reading from the previous Tuesday, and so on.

Each passage also has a corresponding thread in our Daily Bible Reading forum, so that you can discuss the passage with other GCN members.

Just remember to check the Daily Bible Reading page each day, and by this time next year, you will have studied the entire Bible!
