Welcome to the Side B Curious Home Page

Folks who are Side B accept their same sex attractions and /or gay identity but do not believe that same sex sexual relationships honor God.

Thus folks who are Side B either live a life of singleness or some may have a heterosexual marriage (sometimes called a mixed orientation marriage). They also may have a committed same-sex relationship / friendship but not have sex.

There are various nuances to our belief here on Side B. But basically our view is that by whatever Godly authority you trust in (church, bible, personal conviction, and so forth) you believe that same sex sexual relations are outside the boundaries that God has set. For those who wish to explore this or fellowship with us we have two forums: the Side B Curious Forum and the Side B Support Forum. Both forums require individual approval by the team leaders.

The Side B Curious Forum (this forum) is for those who are seeking a better understanding of the Side B viewpoint. It is for people who are on the fence about which direction to go and / or for those who have tough questions to ask. Again, this is not a debate forum. This is for those who are curious about the Side B position and are seeking God’s direction in this and seeking a better understanding of the Side B view.

Our other forum, the Side B support forum, is for those who are Side B and are seeking emotional / spiritual support, direction and encouragement from other Side B’ers. The support forum is not a place to challenge Side B beliefs. Instead it is for exploring the various aspects of Side B living for Christ, seeking direction from God and encouraging one another in the journey.

If you would like to gain access to either forum go to ‘myGCN’ (upper left corner of your screen, select ‘my Control panel’, and then select ‘my groups’ and check the appropriate box. A team leader will most likely contact you before approving access to either forum.
